The report displays a list of files/ readings that have been downloaded to the program. Readings having an invalid certificate, or readings for which the number of days since the previous reading is greater than 28 (for driver card) or 90 days (for tachograph) will be marked in red.

1.	Select the desired report from the main menu.

2.	Report generation window will appear, where you should enter:

If the "Show filters of groups" option is checked in program settings, the printout preparation window will be extended by a field used to select a group of drivers or vehicles.

How to mark the groups of drivers and vehicles – refer to the: "Groups of drivers and vehicles in reports" topic.

•	the duration of the analyzed period;

•	for readings from the driver card select: Driver and then in the table check the driver/ drivers;

•	for readings from the digital tachograph select: Vehicle and then in the table select vehicle/ vehicles registration number(s);

Checking/unchecking all items on the list - left-click in the check/ uncheck field in the header of the list.

Search by the phrase - allows to filter items in the list by any text string - the field is located below the list header.

Sorting items - click on the title header to sort items alphabetically.

•	for corrupt readings that were not identifiable select: Invalid.
