Minimum wage calculation for working time in the territory of Germany

The wage for working time while in the territory of Germany (pursuant to the "Mindeslohngesetz (MiLoG)" law on the minimum wage applicable in Germany as of 1 January 2015) can be calculated in 4Trans TachoScan as follows:

1.	In the add/edit employee window ("Basic data -> Employees" menu -> add or open to edit the selected employee) in the: Basic data tab select: Calculate minimal pay due for the work time in the territory of Germany acc. to the rate (rate: 8,5 €).

2.	Make sure you have complete data downloaded from the driver card and/or scanned from record sheets for the calculated period of time.

3.	In the Entering and leaving the German territory window ("TachoScan" menu) for the calculated employee, add or import sections while in the territory of Germany (data structure is presented in the: "Entering and leaving the German territory"):

•	input entry and exit in the program:

•	import entry and exit from a csv, xls or xlsx file - click:

To import xlsx Excel files you need:
- MS Office 2007 or higher (32bit);
OR
- to install the AccessDatabaseEngine (32bit) add-on (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=13255).

5.	Print form (in German) of the Notification for Bundesfinanzdirektion West is available by clicking ("TachoScan -> Entering and leaving the German territory" menu).

6.	A detailed list of calculated wage for the work time while in Germany is available in the: Records of working time in Germany ("Raporty -> TachoScan" menu), which contains the following data:

•	list of entries and exits to/from the territory of Germany;

•	list of work time while in the territory of Germany;

•	summary of wage calculated for the work time while in the territory of Germany;

The wage due for the working time while in the territory of Germany is calculated at the quarterly exchange rate in accordance with Art. 107 of Regulation (EEC) 574/72.

The quarterly exchange rate is automatically downloaded by the program - available in the "Basic data -> Rates of exchange" menu,Quarterly rates EUR tab.
