Adjustment to the national minimum wage for working time on the territory of other countries (Germany, Norway) can be calculated as follows:
1.In the add/edit employee window ("Basic data -> [005] Employees" menu -> Add or Edit the selected employee) in the: Basic data tab, in the Calculate minimum wage payable for the work time in the territory of foreign countries at the rates table, select the desired country: Germany and/or Norway.
2.Make sure you have complete data downloaded from the driver card and/or scanned from record sheets for the calculated period of time.
3.In the [253] Entering and leaving a foreign country territory window ("TachoScan" Menu) for the employee to be settled, add or import sections of stay in other countries (data structure is presented in the: "[253] Entering and leaving a foreign country territory"):
•input entry and exit in the program:
•import entry and exit from a csv, xls or xlsx file - click: ;
Import from a file was intended for drivers who can fill it themselves, for example while on the road.
You can import multiple files at once for different drivers - in the file selection window press and hold and select the desired files using the left mouse button (- to select all files). |

5.Print form (in German) of the Notification for Bundesfinanzdirektion West is available by clicking ("TachoScan -> [253] Entering and leaving a foreign country territory" menu).
Currently (August 2015) for Norway notification of bodies in Norway is not required. |

6.A detailed list of calculated wage for the work time while in other countries is available in the: [254] Records of working time in foreign countries ("Reports -> TachoScan" menu), which contains the following data:
Norway The travelling allowance is calculated according to the Norwegian regulations (1/3 of the allowance for each started 8 hours of stay in the territory of Norway). A section abroad *no longer* than 8 hours (1/3 of the allowance) at the turn of the month (e.g. starting before midnight on 31st January and ending on 1st February) is calculated together with the month in which it began (in this example to January). |

The wage due for the working time while in the territory of other countries is calculated at the quarterly ex-change rate in accordance with Art. 107 of Regulation (EEC) 574/72. The quarterly exchange rate is automatically downloaded by the program - available in the "Basic data -> [009] Rates of exchange" menu,Quarterly rates EUR tab. |

7.Other reports:
•"Summary records of working time in foreign countries" - the list of final results of the compensation settlement for the time of work on the territory of the selected country.
