[176] Records of working time in foreign countries

 The report is a detailed statement of the calculation of compensation to meet the national minimum wage for working time on the territory of other countries, which shows the sections of stay and stretches of time of working on the territory of the country as well as the components considered in the calculation of the salary adjustment.

Guidelines for calculation of compensation for the time of work on the territory of other countries are presented in the chapter:"Tutorial - Calculation of compensation for work in other countries".

 

The report is shown, depending on the selected country, in two languages: German and English or Norwegian and English.

The remuneration due for working time in other countries is calculated according to ECB monthly exchange rate.

Exchange rates are automatically downloaded by the program ("Basic data -> [009] Rates of exchange" menu).

1.In the report call-up window:

If the "Show filters of groups" option is checked in program settings, the printout preparation window will be extended by a field used to select a group of drivers or vehicles.

How to mark the groups of drivers and vehicles – refer to the: "Groups of drivers and vehicles in reports" topic.

 

•select the period for which the report is to be generated (see: "entering the date");

•select the employee(s) from the list.

Checking/unchecking all items on the list - left-click in the check/ uncheck field in the header of the list.

Search by the phrase - allows to filter items in the list by any text string - the field is located below the list header.

Sorting items - click on the title header to sort items alphabetically.

 

 

 

Options

 

The report for each driver is displayed in the window: "Reports Queue".

 

 

Report preview can be displayed using the toolbar (see: Generating reports topic for more).
