•automatic update mechanism set up for TachoScan to work under Windows® 10;

▪the update process will be implemented using DB Manager software;

•SQL Server™ will be updated to version:

▪2008R2 Express - for MSDE 2000 or SQL Server™ 2005;

▪2014 Express - for SQL Server™ 2008R2 or SQL Server™ 2012;

•database backup service was provided as an option:

▪in the program settings window (menu "Basic data -> [014] Settings"), in the: "Administration panel -> Database backup settings" tab, a group of settings: Jobs schedule executed by: with options: SQL Server Agent service and INELO Service was added;

If the driver had a weekly rest period shorter than 24 hours, which was not compensated for:

•during the analysis period, in which the time for the compensation is not expired yet program displays infringement: Weekly rest period reduced (by the time remaining to 24 hours);

•during the analysis period, in which the time for the compensation is expired program dis-plays infringement: Weekly resting time is too short (by the time remaining to 45 hours);

In all the places in the program, which show the time of the driver card insertion/withdrawal event, the precision was increased to seconds.

•in add/edit employee window, in the Basic data tab ("menu: Basic data -> [005] Employees") instead of "Calculate minimal pay due for the work time in the territory of Germany acc. to the rate" option, Calculate minimum wage payable for the work time in the territory of foreign countries at the rates table was inserted, where you can change the rates and select the country: Germany and/or Norway;

•"Entering and leaving the German territory" registry was renamed into "[253] Entering and leaving a foreign country territory" ("TachoScan" menu):

▪appearance of : , icons was changed;

▪Country of a foreign section column was added;

▪the possibility of importing the file and introducing sections for Norway was added;

▪the pattern of the data imported from a file was changed - master file and sample were updated;

•"[311] Minimum daily rate in foreign countries" register was added ("TachoScan" menu):

▪default travelling allowance rate was added: NOK 307;

▪based on the Norwegian entry/exit sections the system will additionally calculate and take into account (increase the minimum wage due) the Norwegian travelling allowance.

•"Summary records of working time in foreign countries" report was added (menu: "Reports -> TachoScan")

In the program settings ("Basic data -> [014] Settings" menu) in: "TachoScan -> Infringements - Analysis" tab, Analyze too short daily rests in exact 24-/30-hour periods - guidance note 7 option was added.
