Changes implemented in this version of 4Trans TachoScan program:

To display the list of changes for the selected module click anywhere on the module name or on the: symbol.
Just like above, clicking on the: symbol or on the change name shall reveal additional description.

When you click on the same place again the list of changes will roll up.

•	in the Program Settings tab: Main option: Create log was removed;

•	in the add/edit company window, the following fields were added : "Nr gg", "Skype", "TransID";

•	in the list of agenda items the following columns were added: "Days left", "Km/mth left" and "Odometer value (approximate)";

•	a new menu item: "Other" - was added - use this command to open any files that are associated or not associated with 4Trans TachoScan software;

The "Other" menu will appear if you create a directory: "...\Working (network) directory of the system\OtherFiles", which will contain at least one "exe" or "dll" file.

The menu appears when you restart the program: 4Trans TachoScan.

•	changes to the add/edit user window (Administration panel) in "Basic data" tab "Privileges" frame:

➢	regardless of the number of licenses owned, all program modules will be shown;

➢	program modules for which you have purchased a license will be deactivated and shown in italics in gray;

➢	below the permissions selection field, the legend was added;

•	in the "Database backup settings" (Administration panel) in the "Record of making database backup" window, a "Backup database folder" column was added, showing the path where a copy of the database was saved;

•	"Hide deadlines for inactive vehicles and drivers" option was added in "Agenda" tab;

•	in the "Support" tab:

➢	"Display list of modules", "Display key insight" and "Send service report" setting frames were removed;

➢	database backup wizard was added in "Database backup" frame;

•	in the add/edit employee window, in the tab "Basic data", "Official no." was added;

•	in the settings window, in the: "Main" tab, "Proxy server" frame was added with the following options:

➢	Use internet settings from Windows;

➢	Manual configuration;

•	for the field: "Search phrase" the: (apply) button was added;

•	the: button (apply date filter) is inactive until the date is changed;

•	by default, the date filter is set to 12 months ago;

•	position of date filter was changed;

•	the button was added; it allows recording of the current dates range as default;

•	in the date range selection:

➢	"Last month" item was added;

➢	"more..." was added; after it is selected, the list will expand to include the following item: "Today", "Yesterday", "Current week", "Previous week", "Current month", "Previous month", "Current quarter", "Current year", "Next 2 days", "Next 7 days" and "Next 14 days";

•	in the settings window, in the: "Main -> Lists appearance settings" tab, option: "Save filters when lists are being closed" was added;

•	side toolbar was removed;

•	"side bar" options group was removed from the program settings window, "Menu appearance settings" tab.

new mechanism was introduced in the following locations:

•	record sheet/day from card view/editing window: selection of "city" in the add route window;

•	add/edit documents window: all the check boxes except clip and costs frame;

•	add/edit company window: "city" selection;

•	in the add/edit company contact person window, the following fields were added : "Nr gg", "Skype" and "TransID"

•	in the Libraries for the validity of the document in the Group field, a new item: All added;

•	in the add/edit task window in the agenda, regardless of the General filter choice in the Detailed filter box, the dictionary value belonging to All will be shown;

in the program settings window, in Infringements - Analysis tab was changed:

•	option: Show working time transgressions for self-employed drivers only was added:

➢	option: Show transgressions of average weekly working time was added;

➢	option: Show transgressions of working time of at most 10 hours at night time was added;

•	option: Show transgressions of working time without a break was added;

•	the following infringements were added for self-employed drivers:

➢	Transgression of average weekly working time;

➢	Transgression of weekly working time;

➢	Transgression of working time without a break;

➢	Transgression of working time of at most 10 hours at night time;

•	in the add/edit driver window self-employment / civil-law agreement option was added;

•	Record of working time report was added;

a mechanism for downloading digital files (from the driver card and/or tachograph readings) from the Helpten system was added:

•	in the program settings in TachoScan -> Miscellaneous tab, option Download data from Helpten system was added;

•	in From external device window, Helpten tab was added;

•	on the device data media "CARD" and "TACHO" directories were added, where files downloaded from the card and digital tachograph respectively will be stored:

➢	in the program, when downloading data from the device, files from all sources will be shown;

•	in the file name, the time the file was created was changed from UTC to local time:

➢	local time is marked with the letter "L" at the end of the file name, e.g.: "Jan_Kowalski_20130620083543L.DDD";

•	in the Program Settings window, in TachoScan tab, option: Disc images directory was removed- it is available in Paths tab in the administration panel;

•	in the monthly and weekly chart, option: Show modified activities markers was added;

•	in the "Download and validity deadlines" report, "Blocked by the card no." column was added, which shows the no. of company card which currently blocked the digital tachograph;

•	kilometres of driving events downloaded from driver cards and digital tachograph will be recorded without rounding, and in the windows of the program they will be shown up to one decimal place;

•	designation of days on the calendar was changed and new ones were added;

•	record sheet/day from the card/tachograph/road card visualization changed into miniature chart;

•	button was added - it opens the calendar colour settings;

•	salmon-pink colour (by default) indicates the periods for which a no driving attestation is required;

•	blue colour (by default) indicates periods, for which an attestation of no driving was issued;

•	possibility to issue attestations of no driving from the calendar level using commands in the drop-down menu was added:

➢	Add attestations for selected days;

➢	Find attestations in the indicated period;

➢	Find attestations in the entire year;

•	possibility to show/hide the activity chart on the calendar was added Show graph of activities command in the drop-down menu;

•	the indications in the calendar legend were changed;

•	in: "Read preview" tab of the record sheet view/edit window, Add km peaks automatically command was added in the pull-down menu;

•	in the weekly chart, monthly chart, record sheet/day from card view/edit window, hint windows display was added in the fields marked with pictographs;

•	the "liście tarcz/dni z karty" and in the "liście dni z tachografu", Start odometer and End odometer columns were added;

•	in the window of message/warning of the overlapping activities or record sheets, option: after this message is closed, open listed data and record sheets, and abort the current analysis option was added;

•	at the bottom of the report generation window a summary of the penalties according to the driver and according to the company was added;

•	in the button: expand, an option of report generation directly to a "pdf" file was added;

•	in the Options of searching for periods requiring attestation window, the following option was added for Find activities:

➢	Find attestations until now;

•	in the report generation window, results sort possibility was added according to:

➢	description of the car and driver;

➢	date of the next reading and expiry date;

•	in the "Driver card and record sheet data" the range of the related attestation with the record sheet was shown in columns: "Attestation from" and "Attestation till";

➢	record sheets created as a "vacation" or "day off" can only be opened for viewing - you cannot edit any data;

➢	record sheets created as "OUT", "other work" or "availability" can be opened for activity editing - you cannot change the date, driver and the car;

➢	attempt to remove the record sheet will be preceded by an appropriate message, after acknowledging the message, the attestation will be removed with all respective record sheets;

•	in the "List of attestations":

➢	attempt to remove the attestation will be preceded by an appropriate message; after acknowledging the message, all respective record sheets will be removed;

➢	you can freely edit the attestation - decrease/increase the range to remove/add the appropriate number of record sheets;

•	in the report generation window: "Driver driving time weekly control" check box was added for groups of employees;

•	in the record sheet view/edit window, in the "Basic data" tab, in the "quick edit" panel a blue border was added to the selected buttons.
