Changes implemented in this version of TachoScan program:

To display the list of changes for the selected module click anywhere on the module name or on the: symbol.
Just like above, clicking on the: symbol or on the change name shall reveal additional description.

When you click on the same place again the list of changes will roll up.

•(4.0.2) the appearance of the program update window was changed;

•icons changed;

•individual windows will be opened in individual tabs (like in a web browser):

➢you can move tabs by dragging them with the mouse to the right place;

➢after right-clicking on the header of any tab, a drop down menu with Close all option is available;

➢ - opens a new blank tab with the search box available (described in the "Start" section);

➢linking add/ edit data tabs with lists - closing list tab closes all add/ edit data tabs opened from the list (example: in the Vehicle List tab 3 vehicles were opened for editing. Closing the vehicle list tab will close all three vehicle editing tabs);

The "Driver card and record sheet data" list is an exception.

 

•"Start" tab was added;

•"Show incoming tasks" tab was added;

•"4T messages" tab was added;

 

•all the icons were removed - instead 3-digit codes that uniquely identify an item in the menu were added:

➢codes can be used in the search mechanism (see: "Start" tab);

•Window item was removed;

 

•the way of downloading items on the lists was changed - the lists will be active immediately and the data will be gradually downloaded, depending on the connection speed, database load, etc. Acceleration is particularly significant for databases bases with large amount of data;

•[Select all] and [Unselect all] buttons were removed - they were replaced with check/ uncheck box in the list header;

•below the list of employees and the list of vehicles header, Search phrase field was added;

•alphabetical sorting of the items on the list was added - left-click on the column header title;

•under the employees and vehicles list, information about the number of selected items was added;

 

•settings import and export mechanism was added - the following buttons were added:

➢ - allows you to export program settings;

➢ - allows you to import program settings;

•in the: "Administration panel -> List of used licences" tab, Log the license usage option was added;

 

•in the Reports menu, reports grouping order was changed;

•"filtering of selected columns":

➢possibility to select multiple values was added;

➢the name of the All item was changed into Select all;

➢Unselect all item was added;

➢Non-empty item was removed;

➢Empty item will be displayed if such value is present in the column;

➢ and buttons were added to the selection list of the filtered values;

•advanced filtering was remove;

 

•during the initial opening of any list in the program, the column width is automatically adjusted to the content;

•(4.0.2) in the "data from digital tachographs" list, Created on column was added showing the date of the program data download;

•the markings on the chart were changed:

➢ - manual entry made in the program;

➢ - manual entry made on the tachograph;

 

•(4.0.2) in the "data continuity calendar window" a P with an asterisk marking was added - a day of work inserted by the user;

•in report generation window, the following options were added:

➢ignore no entry of the start or end country;

➢show violations resulting from incomplete periods of activity;

➢add disc errors;

 

•in: "Basic data" tab:

➢the button was added - it allows to view an image of the record sheet on the entire program screen - restores the Basic data tab view;

➢Ř        these options are also available under button;

 

•(4.0.2) win report generation windows which contain the following options: Filter according to proportional kilometers disparity and Filter according to nominal kilometers disparity, a parent option: Use filters was added;

on the "Driver card and record sheet data" list the following icons were added:

• - import discs/ days from card from 7z archive file;

• - export discs/ days from card from 7z archive file;

 

•the summary window of tachograph certificates was expanded to fit all signatures of 28 + 1 days;

•"Unsaved record sheets" panel was added;

•scanning record sheets:

➢after scanning the "record sheet view/edit" window, the program will open the last tacho disc only; the rest of the record sheets will be displayed in the "Unsaved record sheets" panel;

➢record sheets in the Niezapisane tarcze panel will be possible to be grouped by drivers or by vehicles, if during the scan the default driver and/or default vehicle was set ("TachoScan -> Default" setting);

➢record sheets will be possible to be sorted by date of creation if the default date was set during scanning ("TachoScan -> Domyślne" setting);

•saving record sheets:

➢next to: icon, the number of record sheets waiting to be saved to the database will be displayed;

➢record sheet images that have not been saved to the database will be automatically stored in the system environment variables directory TEMP;

➢after saving the record sheet, images of scanned tacho discs are automatically removed from the: "Unsaved record sheets" panel;

 

•the appearance of the window was redesigned;

•possibility to print events and failures was added:

➢ button was added in the bottom part of the "Events and faults" tab;

•Routes tab was removed;

•editing blocked option was removed - editing of activities will not be blocked;

 

•the appearance of the window was redesigned;

• button was removed (recording multi-day record sheet);

•in Wykres prędkości tab, under: button, data export to xlsx file was added;

 

•"visualization of the activities for vehicle" was added:

➢vehicle check box was added;

➢if in the downloaded reading there is data from both slots, an option to select slot 1 and slot 2 will be displayed;

➢for vehicles, only activity chart is displayed - the program does not perform infringement analysis;

•the following keyboard shortcuts were added:

➢moving the chart by one day: ;

➢moving the chart by one week: [Page Up], [Page Down];

➢moving the chart to the beginning or to the end of the period: [Home], [End];

 

•in the weekly and monthly chart, indications of the following abbreviated weekly rest periods were added (e.g. (1x9), (2x9) etc.) if, during the analysis of infringements in the "Driver infringements" report generation window, option Since 11.04.2007 analyse according to: AETR was selected (additional options);

a new feature was added: viewing and printing the list of files/ readings downloaded from a driver card or downloaded from the tachograph to the program:

•"Historia odczytów" added in TachoScan menu;

•in TachoScan -> Reports menu, "History of downloads report" was added;

 

•Data summary and Basic data tabs were combined;

•if the program detects an incorrect certificate or other abnormality in downloaded reading, the heading of Certificates tab will turn red;

•in the readings from the tachograph, missing days will be displayed in red with the information: No data;

 

•in the print preview, Day of the week column was hidden - shortened day of the week was added to date (e.g. 2013-07-01 Mo);

•import to csv remains unchanged;

 

•in "TachoScan -> Miscellaneous" tab: During reading the data from driver card seek the driver within active company only option was added;

 

in "Reports -> TachoScan" menu:

•the order of the reports was changed;

•"Additional reports" group was added, where part of rarely used reports were transferred;

•the name of the Driver's activities in detail report was changed into "Detailed activities from driver card";

•the name of the Activities from digital tachograph report was changed into "Detailed activities from digital tachograph";

•the following reports were removed:

➢Comparison of discs;

➢Routes comparison;

➢Routes statement;

➢Working hours after the last driving;

 

•the Paper clip registry was completely removed from all program modules;

•in the infringements generation window of: "Driver infringements" report:

➢ button was added (issue attestations);

➢in the Further options panel, print infringements and weekly analysis separately for each driver option was added;

 

possibility to delete data was added:

•Usuń dane option was added to the drop-down "calendar" menu;

 

•in the "Weekly control of driver's working and resting time" report generation window, separate report for each driver option was added;

•List of discs/days from card was changed into "Driver card and record sheet data" and List of days from tachograph into "Digital tachograph data";

•window for issuing the attestations was divided into separate menu items:

➢in TachoScan menu, "Add attestations" and "Find attestations" items were added;

•the appearance of windows was redesigned;

•changes in the list of attestations:

➢from the drop down menu, the following items were removed: Print attestation -> 561/2006 or AETR, translation;

➢instead, Print attestation -> A5 attestation, A4 attestation, A4 attestation with translation;

•changes in the print options:

➢the following options were removed: 561/2006 or AETR, translation;

➢instead of the above, the following options were added: A5 attestation, A4 attestation, A4 attestation with translation;

 

•The following messages were changed:

➢while removing record sheets;

➢when removing the attestations associated with record sheets;

➢while removing record sheets associated with the certificates;

➢in the absence of authorisation, while trying to remove record sheets;

•in some message windows, option that allows to open the removed record sheets for preview, was added;
