A mechanism allowing for the calculation of compensation for working time in Austria, based on the local provisions, was added. It is worth mentioning that the program includes daily and weekly overtime as well as all allowances resulting from the Austrian Collective Labor Agreement.
The calculation of seniority, transport of persons and things was considered, and allowances for arduous working conditions were included.
The changes were introduced, among others, based on the Austrian Federal Collective Labor Agreement for employees in private bus companies (BUNDESKOLLEKTIVVERTRAG für Dienstnehmer in den privaten Autobusbetrieben).

•Add the allowance for the arduous work within carriage of passengers option was added with the following possible choices: ▪Driver driving a bus with a trailer or with more 50 seats (not including driver's seat) or more than 10,90 m long, or a driver employed in linear transport in a sole proprietorship.; ▪Driver driving a bus more than 13 meters long, articulated bus or a double-decker bus.; •Austria row/option was added in the Calculate minimum wage payable for the work time in the territory of foreign countries at the rates table; •in the employees list, in dropdown menu for the "Alter data for selected items" -> "Modify current contract" -> "Allowance for work time in foreign country" item, Austria row/option was added; •in the compensation rate adjustment window, among others, minimum wage option was added; ▪a list of professional groups was added, which enables assigning the appropriate rate based on the seniority;

•Base pay rate in Austria column was added to the employee list; •in the the Add/Edit employee window, a new tab Settings - other countries was added which allows to select the date from which seniority is to be calculated, as well as the default option Count length of service from; •for the above option, in the employees list, in dropdown menu for the "Alter data for selected items" item, For Austria count length of service from row was added;

•Austria tab was added which contains a number of options to calculate the minimum wage;

•board rates were added: ▪Rate for food (Carriage of goods) - 26,40 €; ▪Rate for food (Passenger transport) broken down into: Regular carriage - 17,88 € i Occasional carriage - 22,68 €; •accommodation allowances were added: ▪Accomodation rate (Carriage of goods) - 15,00 €; ▪Accomodation rate (Passenger transport) broken down into: Regular carriage - 4,38 € i Occasional carriage - 4,38 €; •arduous working conditions rates were added, broken down into: ▪Rate of arduous work - a bus with a trailer or with more 50 seats... - 0,98 €; ▪Rate of arduous work - a bus more than 13 meters long, articulated bus or a double-decker bus - 1,22 €;
